-Minimum age to rent is 25. (Unless discussed with host). $500 deposit for groups.
-No drugs or illegal activities are allowed on the property & no smoking inside or in hottub.
-Parties: Large gatherings with more than 8 people needs to be confirmed by host. If host finds out that there has been a large party, an additional cleaning fee of $150 plus deposit can be requested. Please notify host. By booking, guest agrees to pay a security deposit payment which will be requested prior to check in through Airbnb. The guest acknowledges that access to property will be denied until deposit is paid in full or reservation is forfeited without refund. Payment is collected via Airbnb and is potentially fully refundable if all rules are honored by the guest and all members of their party staying at our premises.. It is your responsibility to make sure ALL guests in the group know and follow the House Rules and do not cause any damage. Any damage, accidental or otherwise, must be reported to the host immediately.
-The cabin sleeps MAX of 8 guest. If more than 8 guest stay, the host can charge an additional $25 per person per night.
-Pet fee is $75 and must be collected before you stay.
-Guests must enter hot tub after showering, with feet free of debris and leaves, and may not use any lotions, sprays, etc. in the tub or on your person, prior to entering tub. Any guest misusing the hot tub, with debris, food items, broken glass, anything inside the tub that shouldn't be, will incur an extra $150 minimum charge for the hot tub servicer to come and empty the tub, clean it out, then refill and balance the tub with new chemicals. -Chemicals for the hot tub are for housekeeping's use only. Please cover hot tub when not in use.
-Yard: Please leave the yard, decks, & fire pit area completely clean, free of cans/bottles/trash/cigarette butts, towels, etc. Return everything to its original place. Failure to do any of this will result in extra housekeeping fees at housekeeping's discretion.
